Rowenta Steam Station,1800W, Stainless Steel Soleplate, Blue

I have purchased 2 of these both broke multiple times with in a year. I just had one fixed AGAIN. All components were replaced and it has been 3 months and it is broken AGAIN! I would expect for the price that it would last longer. The warrantee isn't long enough. I am seriously disappointed.

Love the iron except 1 thing! The cork handle! I don’t think it will last more than 6 months to a year. Then, how do I replace it?

I love this iron. I’ve used this kind for 10 years. But they usually quit working after about a year sometimes two.

I am so happy with the Perfect Steam Pro Steam Station. It does a superb job and I can get a lot don without constantly refilling the tank. I had hoped there would be no dripping and there is not... That is so wonderful. I found it doesn't quite take the 8 minutes the book says it will to heat up. It is actually 4-5 min. It is worth the cost.

I had been eyeing this steam pro iron for months. On thanksgiving I convinced my husband to get it for me as an early Christmas gift. I had been paying someone to iron clothes for me. Since I got this steam pro item I am doing it myself because it’s so easy!!!! I am in love with it.

Life changing, literally! Cleans, presses, sanitizes!

The cork handle is not ergonomically designed for comfort, and the steam trigger placement is very uncomfortable to keep holding continuously. I cannot understand why there is no locking mechanism to hold the steam trigger in place without using a finger. I am very disappointed with the fit of the handle, a person with smaller hands would not be able to use this model. For the high price, a more ergonomic handle should have been designed. This is my third Rowenta over an eight-year period and this will be my last Rowenta.

I like the number of steam vents and the force of the steam. I would recommend this iron.

I leave my iron and ironing board up 24/7 in my sewing room. I had my previous Rowena about 12+ years. This new one heats up quickly when I need to do a little pressing on clothes or on a seam of a new garment. I do like the cork handle and hope it stands up to my expectations of comfort for years to come. I love coming into my sewing room and seeing how this new one shines and sparkles.

i got this on 09/02/2025. was very happy till it started blowing water instead of steam. when i reach out to customer care they are not replacing the it with new one and asking for 35% restocking fee. i will not recommend this.

I’ve been a loyal Rowenta fan for 30 years. When their products work, there’s nothing like them. This is my fourth Rowenta (third steam station), and I love that it’s refillable while in use. The 400 steam holes also make a big difference from older models. However, this unit has a serious safety issue. The steam trigger seems to have a mind of its own—sometimes it won’t release steam at all, and other times it activates on its own. Several times, I’ve had the iron lifted while adjusting fabric, only for the steam to suddenly blast out with no way to stop it. I’ve burned myself more than once and can no longer use this unit safely. I am concerned that the quality is starting to go downhill with Rowenta products.

Very powerful. Almost like ironing with this machine.
