I prefer the night version of Alka-Seltzer. Very high quality product. I use this first if I am feeling ill. Puts me write to sleep but I do not feel like I am dragging as long as I get about 7 hours of sleep. The taste is is kind of like a Sprite or seltzer water. The packaging is pretty easy to open unlike Nyquil pills.

Alka Seltzer Severe Cold and Flu is fast acting, relieves aches and pains and let's you get a good night's sleep. Not crazy about the taste though
