Unhappy customer
What can I say - lets start with no instruction manual - great then there was the issue over the serial number - the one on the invoice was incorrect and when the real number was finally located it was on the outside of the transit box and not labelled serial number. Now lets talk about registering the product for the extended warrantee - what a nightmare - I got the impression that SONY were not interested in this - I will never buy another SONY product - ever

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the K-55XR80 didn't meet your expectations. This is not the experience we aim to provide, as we continuously strive to deliver the best quality possible. It's worth to mention that Sony is complying with new EU regulations along with our Road to Zero approach to cut down on paper waste: https://cutt.ly/Fru5mz1q However, you can reach the same manual by using our online help guide as it's really comprehensive and thorough, and you can use the search bar in it to learn more about the K-55XR80 settings and features: https://cutt.ly/2tP6dbMn You can also reach the same user guide by pressing the help button on the remote control of the TV. Additionally, you can easily locate the serial number of your TV by following the steps here: https://cutt.ly/we4zBzVf Furthermore, regarding the extended warranty issue, please reach out to us directly using the following link so that we can check this matter further and provide the needed support: https://cutt.ly/heoRCkdW (Copy and paste the links in your browser). Not impressed
Bought to replace an LG tv, I don’t think the colour is anywhere near as good and the sound was meant to be much better but again it is only average.

Good picture quality
Bought this tv a week ago. Great picture quality. Husband vey happy with the clear colourful picture for the football. Probably won’t use most of what is included in the tv itself. Found it difficult to tune in. Instructions poor. Took us 2 hours plus and had to go back to the shop. We are on cable tv and nowhere did it mention the input button. Very frustrating. But it’s working now

Best ever TV
There are lots of brands to choose from and I originally chose a Sony Bravia more than ten years ago as it had best and clearest picture at the time. Time has moved on and although my old TV is still perfect we wanted to see what all this 4k and OLED was about. I can only say that it is AMAZING. We went for the 77 inch and were worried it might be too big but its definitely worth the investment. We have date night every night at the cinema!

Best Picture
Now that I have the TV set up - I can definitely say it’s the best picture on any TV I have ever owned. vibrant natural colours and deep deep blacks, it’s worth using some of the picture pre-sets to get the best out of it - but between the picture quality and the smart features - I could not be happier.
