So far so great!

I am using my TrimLite Vibration Plate with students to work on alerting, relaxation and calming techniques. They love getting on the vibration plate and we are seeing the effectiveness of the product already!!!

Initial Plate

This was my first vibration plate. I think it has helped with circulation. I believe I will upgrade to the Waver now that I see that it works. This one seems to be a little unsteady when I try to do exercises for balance on the outer edge of it.

Trimlite Vibration Plate

I love the vibration plate and after a few uses, I can see more strength in my legs. Because of my disability, I ordered a unit with a handle. However, the handle is very short and wobbly so that I have inserted it into the second hole down for more stability. The instructions say to place the unit at least 5 ft away from a solid surface such as a wall. However the cord is only 4 ft long requiring an extension.

So far so good

I’ve been using my plate for five days now and am happy with the results. It’s a great workout in a short amount of time. I love that. I highly recommend it, but not for people with fate of heart.

resistance band

We purchased the trimlite vibration plate in December of 2025 and have been using it daily. Today one of the resistance bands tore apart and we would like to replace it. Please let us know how to order replacements and cost.

Enjoying the Life Pro

My husband and I are both in our eighties and don’t get the exercise we should — especially during the winter months. Using the Life Pro makes us feel as if we have done something that is beneficial. We like the fact that it improves balance and circulation.

Use it every day!

I ordered the vibration plate for my husband and I. I had been having leg cramps almost every night and since I have the vibration plate….zero leg cramps. It also really has toned up my legs. My husband has swelling in his feet and ankles plus severe knee pain. It helps him but sometimes his knees are too painful to use the plate. I only have one complaint.We are seniors so I thought having the handlebar option would be wise. It rattles and makes so much noise that we just took it off…that’s disappointing but overall I am quite pleased with the plate.

trim pro fitness vibration

vibration Plate does a great job, but the stretch bands that were provided with it have already worn and broken. I would recommend that you replace those as I should not have broken so early.
