Low quality niacin

This product does not work as expected. This is not a flush free product, yet it is. I want to feel the flush. I will not buy this again, and would not recommend it.

Helpful for skin issues

My husband's dermatologist has him taking 500 mg twice daily to slow the number of squamous cell carcinomas that pop up. He's only had one since taking this supplement.

Quality and Performance

I use niacinamide to help me with brain functioning and have found it can help when nothing else will. I found vitamin B12 can be effective without the side effects of proscription drugs. I have found Swanson Avery trust worthy brand.

SUPER for JOINTS!

SUPER for joints! My husband and I take 6 a day(2-3x day). I have been taking for quite a while and feel that it is largely responsible for my knee pain dissappearing. I will ALWAYS keep taking this! Thank you Swanson for the great price and LARGE size bottle!

Great for the Skin

I'm taking this after my dermatologist advised taking it 2 x a day since I have had 6-10 basal cell skin cancers/year. The following year I had only 2 basal cell skin cancers!

Not Good Enough For Me

After taking nicotinic niacin for years, I decided to try this formula. Although it DID help ever so slightly with my depression, the nicotinic niacin works sooo much better for me. My head is actually "above water".

Best brain food ever.

I've been using niacinamide as a brain booster for several years now, and find that it helps keep me sharp. At 84, I can still do crosswords and do serious math in my head. I started taking it about ten years ago when I found myself getting lost on the freeway only a mile from home! Not any more thanks to niacinamide. I recommend it to all my friends.

good price. I take it daily per my Dermatologist M.D. to help prevent skin cancers from forming (sort of like an internal sun screen but she also advises using sun screen). Lot's of places had Niacin (not the same thing!) but not the 500 mg Niacinamide so I was happy to see that Swanson carries it!

Great product for humans & hound dogs!

My Coonhound has always had allergies & has been taking meds & fish oil which really help. His nose started getting cracked & his vet recommended giving him 500 mg. of Niacinamide 3x a day. I put in the order with Swanson’s & his 2 bottles arrived quickly. Best of all, his nose is almost healed. The fact that they’re in capsules makes them much easier to give him than if they were tablets. All around good deal. And inexpensive!

IMPORTANT MEMBER OF THE IMPORTANT B-COMPLEX

I'm Big on the B-Vitamins. Personally, in addition to Swanson's B-125 Complex tablets that I take in the morning, I take 2 of these Niacinamide, Vitamin B-3, capsules as part of my night time supplements. Works for me.
