Doesn’t fit my hand well
I love the ergonomic side clicks, but they don’t fit my hand well, even though they’re labeled as S/M size.

Too short for big hands, with too-sensitive buttons
This mouse is shorter than the Anker vertical mouse I replaced with it. As someone with relatively large hands, the size difference is noticeable, and my fingers extend beyond the buttons when I have my palm resting on the mouse’s body (as designed for it to). So, it makes me have to hold the mouse in a less-ergonomic way to be able to properly access and use the buttons. I wish my hand fit on it the right way, because the palm part of the mouse is nicely built and has a comfortable size and texture. Also, the left button’s single click is so sensitive. It takes barely any pressure to trigger it. It’s taken a learning curve to stop accidentally clicking it when I’m just resting my finger on it. Over all, I think if I had tried this mouse out in the store (instead of buying it, untouched/untested, online), I wouldn’t have bought it.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. Hand fit and comfort are absolutely critical with an ergonomic mouse, and we understand why this was challenging for you. This isn't the experience we want anyone to have.We will definitely consider this as feedback and pass it to our relevant team for future improvements.

Great for my wrist pain
Recently found out I have tendinitis in both my wrists, this has helped immensely as I can’t really avoid using a mouse/typing with my job. It took a bit to get used to but now I don’t want to use anything else.

It doesn't work well in Mac
It doesn't work as expected. Sometimes the click just don't happen. I press the buttons but the screen does not react in accordance: I can't drag a window or highlight text. It might be due to the Bluetooth, but then, it doesn't include the Logi Bolt USB Receiver, which I thought included (my bad but still, it doesn't work without it? Bad). I also don't feel it helps with wrist pain, so I'll prefer a normal mouse.

Almost great
Nice mouse, comfortable to use and didn't take long to adapt to. The thumb buttons feel cheap but everything else about it works well and feels nicely made.

Very comfortable after I got used to it.
Vertical mouse + wrist rest = no pain for me! It only took a few days to really get used to it.

That's wonderful to hear! We designed the Lift with the goal of reducing discomfort and promoting a more natural hand posture. We're so glad it's providing you with a pain-free experience and that you found the adjustment period to be quick. Thanks for sharing!

Misleading System Requirements
Wanted a mouse to use with an older MacBook Pro. While the specs state that the mouse is compatible with my computer, it was not clear before purchase that Logitech's software which is required to customize the button functionality is not. Having different minimum requirements for the hardware and software is a very poor decision. Without being able to change even basic settings (like the scroll wheel direction), the mouse is useless to me.

You need one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using traditional mice and track pads for years my right hand needed something new for both comfort and usability. With my Mac I have used both the Apple Mouse and Apple Magic Trackpad. I decided to give the Lift for Mac a try and I couldn't be more pleased. It is so comfortable in my right hand it feels completely natural. The design color choice of white/gray blends in with my desktop setup. I highly recommend the Lift for Mac as an alternative to traditional mice or trackpads. Excellent product.

Easy to use, great for my wrist
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought there would be a learning curve for using the mouse, but it's non-existent - super easy to use and is easy on my wrist!

Hand Feels Better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hand is definitely feeling better (carpal tunnel). The mouse is a little bit tall so when I go from keyboard to mouse, I sometimes knock the mouse on the floor. I think this will improve with time. So far mouse is good.

Definitely for small hands!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have small hands - bottom of my palm to the tip of my longest finger is 6". Actually, if it was any bigger, it might be too big for me - but I think if your hands are around my size (but not smaller), this is great and comfortable. There is a slight adjustment period but once you get used to the shape of holding the mouse, you're all set to go!

First Vertical Mouse, never go back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first vertical mouse. I’m glad that I got the Logi Lyft instead of Logi MX Vertical. I have a smaller hand so this fits perfectly for my hand. It look me 2 to 3 days to get used to the vertical mouse. The buttons are quiet. You can customize the action buttons using the Logi Options+. I haven’t had any issues with my wrist hurting at the end of my work day.

Not good for big hands
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't recommend lift for mac if you have large hands. Logitech doesn't really recommend lift for mac for large hands and I should have listened/paid attention, its harder to get used to/adjust to than a traditional mouse if you have larger hands.
