Stops my hot flashes!

I love these melt under the tongue tablets! Anytime I feel a hot flash starting I pop one in my mouth and I don't get to the sweaty forehead. Stops my hot flashes within 30 seconds!

At the very least it lessons the intensity of heat flashes. I think it also reduces the number of heat flashes.
