    It feels good

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely what i needed for my left knee. I have spent the last year self healing my meniscus. The cold and head function work great. The unit fits tight and is quite comfortable. The massage vibration could be stronger but I have a high tolerance. It works right out of the box and is quite intuitive. Red light therapy would be a great add on for a future version. Overall I feel the benefit of using the unit and the quality is worth the price.

    Neat, but not worth the trouble

    It's a really cool device, it just doesn't do that great of a job. Certainly not a better job than an ice pack and a heating pad. It's nice that it vibrates, but it just sucks the battery even more (and the battery life is pretty terrible even without vibration on. The little areas that apply the heat and cool are kinda in silly spots too...the top ones are great for the bottom of your quads, but the bottom areas are just wasting heat and cold on the top of your shins. There really should be some way to apply heat and cold to like...the actual knee joint don't you think? Like patellar tendinopathy is probably the source of MOST people's knee pain (at least the active people who are going to consider a product like this), so don't you think the hot and cold should go there? Anyway, I really want to like this product but it's just okay. It gets hot and cold, but not as hot or cold as you'd like. It doesn't get hot and cold in the areas you'd really like it to. The battery life is terrible. Love the idea and maybe the next version will be great.

    The hot/cold features are helpful for post-run recovery. Only drawback is the battery capacity. Only one battery is included. Charge only last for two and a half sessions before recharge is required.

    Amazing! Skeptical at first but it heats and cools almost instantly. I wish I had found this a year ago after my ACL repair. It helps a lot with my continued recovery.

    We plan to return

    It does not get as cold as we hoped. For this price, it did not meet our expectations. It is a great concept and we have many Therabody products. We are optimistic they will improve the quality of this product with time as new technology is developed.

    I would give it 5 stars if the battery life could be extended. It is good for doing alternating therapy on each knee and then needs a recharge. Remarkable hot/cold therapy!!!

    Inadequate or Defective Battery Pack

    I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase, except for the removable battery pack. This battery pack appears defective and seems to only last 15 minutes. It can’t even complete a full cycle on full charge at times. What is worse is that I am unable to purchase an additional battery pack to supplement this.
