Directions

Directions do not take more than directed unless advised by your doctor the bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line (white section in cap) adults and children 17 years of age and older: fill to top of white section in cap which is marked to indicate the correct dose (17 g) stir and dissolve in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink ensure that the powder is fully dissolved before drinking do not drink if there are any clumps use once a day use no more than 7 days children 16 years of age or under: ask a doctor

This product works just as well as Miralax for a lot less. It has no taste and dissolves pretty well. Make sure you’re staying hydrated while taking this and don’t take it for more than a few days at a time. It doesn’t make you need to use the restroom with immediate urgency right after you take it but it does soften the stools which was very helpful during my postpartum journey.

This stuff is really good to have. Recently I've been taking this new medication and I've having occasional constipation. I took some this morning with my breakfast and had a decent bowel movement. I'm so glad I bought this and this store brand one is just as good as the regular Miralax.

Great for constipation relief

I had the stomach bug and after I got over it I experienced a lot of constipation. I took this to hopefully ease it and it helped immensely! After I drank it, it began to work within 2 hours and I finally had a bowel movement after a week. This is a great product!
