Bland now??
Made the Jambalaya one pot mix and it was very bland. Disappointed as it used to be one of our gotos

Simply Outstanding!
Added a can of Rotel and some shrimp, Andouille, and cooked chicken, ant it was terrific! I've eaten and made a lot of Jambalaya in my lifetime and this is on the high end of the scale in a fraction of the time. Only problem i that I didn't make enough, multiple boxes next time! Way to go Zatarain's!

Not the way it used to be
I've purchased and enjoyed Zatarain's jambalaya for many years. But recently the formulation has changed. It used to have a nice balance of spices - now it just tastes like red pepper and salt. And lots of salt. Initially, I thought I had just gotten a bad box, but subsequent boxes have all been bad. I won't purchase any more.

Great quick meal
Delicious with lots of flavor. I took the suggestions on the box and browned some andouille sausage first, then cooked everything in the same pot, adding some of the suggested frozen veggies too.

Ingredients change
Use to love this mix. Had it today and it is completely bland. Unless they change the recipe back i won't be purchasing again. Not sure how I'll know that they have gone back to the original. I guess they will need to print something in bold on the box.

Product quality issue
Open up the box and spices went everywhere, even though everything is supposed to be contained an envelope. So clearly I'm not going to have a very tasty experience with all these spices on the floor.

Taste great!

Perfect quick dinner

Easy One Pot Meal with Spice!!

Delicious Kick!
