Why it Works:
When you are on your feet all day, the muscles in your feet and legs can become fatigued from working to support your body. This can leave you with tired, achy feet and legs and could slow you down.

How To Use:
STEP 1
Your shoe’s current insoles are probably removable – TAKE THEM OUT FIRST.

STEP 2
Place insole into shoe to test for size.

STEP 3
If needed, trim along the outline (on top of the insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

STEP 4
Insert insole into shoe GEL SIDE DOWN.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear

Do not recommend

I bought the insoles for flat feet. Does not work at all for arch support. I thought I would try these since they are cheaper than the other brand I use. This turned out to be a very bad idea. Cheaper was not better. Will not buy again.

Comfortable, But a Bit Too Soft for My Feet – 4 St

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I’ve got flat feet and years of wear and tear, so I’m always on the lookout for insoles that can help with daily comfort. These Dr. Scholl’s insoles are definitely soft and cushioned, and they do a good job absorbing shock during walking or standing for long periods. That said, they’re a bit too soft for me personally. I’m used to firmer insoles with more structure and arch support, so these feel a little lacking in that area. If you like a plush, gel-like feel, you’ll probably really enjoy these—but if your feet need something sturdier, they might not be quite enough. They’re still a solid option for casual shoes or days when I’m not on my feet too much. Just not my top pick for all-day support.

Dr. Scholl’s Energizing Comfort Gel Insoles: Excep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Dr. Scholl’s Energizing Comfort insoles for a few weeks now, and they do deliver on cushioning—my heels and arches feel noticeably less fatigued after a full day on my feet. The gel layer is soft yet supportive, and the overall build quality seems solid enough to last through regular wear. However, the cut-to-fit feature proved frustrating in practice. The pre-scored lines are supposed to guide you to your exact size, but my first trimming left the insole too short. By the time I realized I needed to cut a size up, I’d already wasted one insole. While the second one fit perfectly, it took two tries to get there—and that extra trial felt wasteful. If Dr. Scholl’s could improve the precision of those guidelines or offer more forgiving material, this product would be nearly flawless. In short, these insoles deliver excellent daily comfort and durability, but plan on a bit of trial and error when trimming them to your shoes. If you don’t mind taking the time (and potentially a backup pair) to get the fit just right, they’re a great value for the support they provide.

I wondered how they would fit before arriving, but you are able to trim for any shoe size you wear. I had to trip a size down from the shoe size I wear so they didn’t bunch at the toe.
