MegaFood Blood Builder Vegan Iron Supplement Tablet

I take these with my other vitamins every morning. I just swallow it quick with my chocolate Fairlife protein shake and it’s so simple and easy to get my iron up without being gross or hurting my stomach afterward.

I wanted to share with you that my husband and I have been loving all the Mega Food vitamins, especially the Blood Builder. My husband's oncologist told him that he was very anemic and needed to use an iron skillet for cooking. I then showed him the Blood Builder vitamins, and he approved. This is the best iron supplement for my husband who struggles with anemia.(UC) He's tried others and they're not as effective.

I have been taking MegaFood Blood Builder since August 2024, due to my persistent anemia and poor nutritional absorption, resulting from surgery to repair a bleeding ulcer in 2012. I had been taking a children’s multivitamin with iron, for over 10 years without any noticeable improvements. In 2022, as my anemia and other lab values worsened, I was referred to a doctor specializing in Oncology & Hematology. In August 2024, we discussed my decreasing lab values and decided to make some changes. I started taking the Blood Builder twice daily, for the increased iron, in an effort to improve my Hemoglobin and Hematocrit. In February 2025, I also switched my children’s multivitamin to a Prenatal Vitamin, which had increased amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements. In August 2025, my lab values were showing considerable improvements and my Oncologist/Hematologist remarked that the Blood Builder and the recent addition of a Prenatal Vitamin were having a positive effect on my lab values. Now, I take the Blood Builder only once per day and I am continuing to take a Prenatal Vitamin, as well, because it also contains a much needed copper and other supplements.

I was low in ferritin and always tired. From day one I felt better. And even better? Iron that’s easily absorbed and easy on the stomach. Can’t recommend enough for those that are iron deficient. Thank you! 🙏🏼

I love these I feel like they saved me!!! I was struggling with feeling cold, dizzy, heart palpitations, and feeling like I was going to faint- primarily around time of the month. Started taking these and it took maybe a week but it was night and day difference, I’m not a doctor but I really feel like they saved me. I try to take with food but a few times I didn’t and no nausea at all. Love these!

I bought this iron because it has a different formulation and it has been fantastic I suffered with chronic anemia for years including having to do infusions because it could not tolerate other iron pills I have no G.I. issues yet these are highly effective ! So glad I had read the reviews and gave these a try

If you do the research on this Iron MegaFood Supplement; you’ll be amazed to learn that it is a very effective iron supplement and it works well, without any side effects or any adverse reactions!!
