    Bit of a mixed bag of pros and cons

    Did it fluff up the full amount after opening and following instructions? Yes. Is it the softest topper ever...maybe. Definitely not the softest to me but if you have a terrible mattress you may appreciate it more. Biggest con (and probably the reason I'll return it) is the backing has a weird plastic feel that makes a noise if you move in bed....sort of like the plastic backed sheets used when kids are bed wetting. Going to give it a couple more nights to see if it goes away, if not will be returning it - it's not that good that I can overlook the annoying noise.

    Not Fluffy Enough!

    Fluffiness DOES NOT LAST. Was fine for maybe the first month or two. Literally miserable sleep from using it now with what feels like a hole in the middle.

    Do NOT waste your money!

    This mattress topper was comfortable for a little while. When it started to flatten out I followed directions for fluffing. It helped, but never got back yo the original fluffiness. Just recently I decided to give it a full wash. I again followed the manufacturers recommendations and used a laundromat washer (without agitation) and dryer. It is now unusable. The material in the mattress topper is now all balled up and I cannot get it to separate. Very disappointed since I followed the instructions provided for cleaning.

    Flat in the middle

    The baffles become flat over time especially in the middle. Directions say to fluff it every time you change your sheets. This is good advice. The edges definitely have more loft than middle, which is why I rated it a 2star

    Doesn't stay fluffy

    It felt like clouds for the first week but after a couple months I noticed the fluffiness went down dramatically, now I feel I'm sleeping on a mattress without a topper, I expected more but disappointed, won't recommend to anyone.
