    HORRIBLE PACKAGING, Bent lamp!

    the lamp is so pretty. however, packaging was pitiful and the lamp arrived bent and the lamp shade all dented. ONE piece of brown paper and thrown into a box 2x bigger than the lamp was NOT the way to go. Will most likely return and hope to find one in a local store.

    Broken on arrival

    Poorly packaged for shipment. Pulled it out of box with multiple other items and the ceramic was cracked in multiple places. Shade bent. Processing exchange, but I'm frustrated that I have to find a way to package this to ship back. I should be able to throw this in trash.

    Lamp is fine, totally solid for the price. Was shipped entirely loose in a box and chucked onto my doorstep. I get pinching pennies as a retailer but at least make it seem like you tried. Yikes.
