It was OK but prefer other options

It’s fine but have other supplements that serve the same purpose that I prefer. This supplement also has turmeric so I thought it might be a nice replacement for my regular turmeric supplement and have the added sleep benefit from the tart cherry. I didn’t really notice an improvement in my sleep and the anti-inflammatory benefits weren’t as good as other supplements I’ve tried.

I have vivid dreams after taking these

I haven't noticed any changes other than when I take these before bed I have very vivid dreams after that I actually remember. That is not usual for me. As far as helping me sleep better... I haven't noticed much difference as far as length of time I'm sleeping. I guess maybe I am sleeping deeper if I'm dreaming so much though so I'm not sure how I feel about these yet...

Mason Natural Tart Cherry 1000mg with tumeric extract

I've been taking these Mason Natural tart cherry 1000 mg with tumeric extract capsules for about a week. I take 1 capsule daily with a meal. They help balance uric acid levels and joint mobility. So far I havent been noticed anything since its only been a week. They are easy to swallow. Im hoping they help with my joint mobility since I am going through perimenopause and my joints bother me a little bit.

I bought this with high hopes it would reduce inflammation in my body but sadly, I've tried other supplements that have worked best.

sore feet

I started taking this Tart Cherry supplement a while back when I started noticing stiffness in my feet when I got out of bed each morning. I love that it has turmeric, as I know that is a great ingredient for inflammation, too. I am starting to feel better each week, and this was the only thing I added to my daily routine.

Improved sleep

Awesome product

I starting taking this product due to inflammation in my toe related to gout. It reduced the inflammation and pain and helped to prevent any reoccurences
