Amazing
I have had fairly bad restless leg syndrome since my pregnancy 16 years ago. It's steadily gotten worse over the years. I've tried some prescription meds but nothing worked very well. I started taking this and within a week my RLS was all but gone! I very rarely have a bad night anymore, and it's usually related to dehydration and/or muscle fatigue from doing too much in a day.

Great product and great quality! I have been using for years and Swanson's has been my go to source! Magnesium is the first depleted mineral after a workout or strenuous activity! I suffer from bad leg cramps and magnesium helps tremendously! I take after workouts and before sleep! Helps to relax the body! I highly recommend!

Oxide, why o why...?
Please take out the magnesium oxide, only 10% of it absorbed by the body and it causes diarrhea much more than other types - it's essentially worthless. You're better than this, Swanson. Don't buy into the same scam other companies are selling!

So happy I found this!
This is such a great supplement! I love that it has 400 mg per capsule. It’s easily digestible and it really does help with my headaches and sleeping well. This is better than the flexor all that my doctor prescribed me. I do not have a side effect in the morning from it like I do from pharmaceuticals. I suffer from fibromyalgia and this supplement really does help with a lot of my daily nerve pain and muscle pain.

Hoping for good results
It’s a little hard to review a supplement since it’s benefits may not be readily apparent. I purchased this to access the benefits of magnesium. “Magnesium is used in a lot of biochemical reactions” , so I’m expecting more energy, less inflammation, better heart rate.

I mostly bought the Magnesium Triple to help with joint pain and promote calmness. Can't say it makes much difference though. Frankly, feel more relief with Acetaminophen. Will add that I have only used it for a couple of months. Perhaps it takes a while to be effective.

I have been using the triple magnesium several years ago. Some medications tend to bind me and 1 capsule a day keeps me regular. Recently my husband was given meds that caused him constipation and this took care of him also.
