    Evens out skin tone!

    Goes on very smoothly and doesn't feel greasy or too sticky on skin. I put it on one side of my face to see if it made a difference, and it did! The side I applied it on looked visibly brighter.

    I can’t really see the difference but lightweight!

    I’ve been using this for a bit now and the vitamin c doesn’t seem to have a huge impact on hyperpigmentation in the long run, but it’s lightweight and it has just an extremely minimal glow (I just can’t see it but that might just be me).

    I love this primer.

    I bought this primer taking a chance. I like how it brightens my face and I don’t need to wear that much make up. It helps my hyper pigmentation on my forehead and cheeks. My makeup goes on much smoother.

    Rash / Skin irritated

    I don’t usually write negative reviews and love elf, but this product was a miss. I love the original putty primer and wanted to try this one as a replacement. My skin is either allergic to or really irritated by this. My face is rough like it’s been chapped and I got a bumpy rash on my neck and chest. I’m not usually sensitive to products and this was the only change in my routine. It might work for you but I had a reaction.

    Super great daily primer with added value!

    I had the sample so I started using it. Now, I'm addicted. Super light, blends so well on skin. And knowing that I'm spreading Vitamin C at the same time is super great. I bought the Putty Primer brush and it's an amazing duo. My skin is reactive but this didn't cause any bad reactions. Leaves my skin super soft. My makeup stays all day even after doing cardio and gym. Adore it!

    Love the glow!

    I tried the elf regular putty primer and it made me break out. But this one did not now I'm not sure why that is but I'm happy! I love incorporating vitamin c and any and all steps of my skincare routine! If I could bathe in vitamin c i would! This does a great job at smoothing out my face I wouldn't say it's poor perfecting per se the original does a better job at that but again it makes me break out so I can't use it this however helps but I just love the actual glow that it leaves on my face not too much once I put on my foundation it's the perfect amount of healthy! Glad I'm able to use one of these primers without any issues! Again with the great products and the low prices I'm loving it!

    I Love It!

    I really love the C-Bright Putty Primer! It applies so easily with the elf Putty Primer Applicator/Brush. It feels velvety smooth on my face, gives my skin a nice, smooth canvas for makeup, and keeps my makeup looking nice all day!

    My current favorite primer

    I love this primer and it's currently all I use. It feels so soft on my skin and leaves it smooth for foundation. I don't feel oily or greasy after using it. I haven't noticed anything smudging or moving on my makeup. The texture of the actual product is amazing, it's smooth like a body butter. I don't like touching it with my fingers all the time and have been using the e.l.f. Primer brush with it.
