It mentioned that it's washable, so I thought it could be dried as well. I was wrong, the plastic side stuck to itself.

I have purchased these exact liners in the past and was originally going to return them because of the smell. The first batch target refunded without needing to return so I decided to wash them and try them instead of trashing them. Once washed they were actually great so I decided to get more for potty training. The one I just received is definitely manufactured differently. The layers separated and basically melted to itself after washing, per the directions. Very disappointed. And of course now that it’s been washed and package thrown out I cannot return.
