really enjoy using the Philosophy Microdelivery exfoliating daily facial wash. The texture is gentle yet effective – the micro-exfoliating beads are fine enough not to irritate my skin but still leave it feeling smooth and refreshed. After one use, it left red, warm, irritated, flaky patches on my face that took three days to clear up. I do have somewhat sensitive skin, but I figured something intended for daily use would be gentle enough. I returned it.

I started using this due to cystic acne on my chin years ago and have used it ever since. I use it every third or fourth day on my face, neck and the backs of my hands. I even take it on vacation. I always have a bottle in the shower and a new one ready for when I run out.

I have used this for years and I use it every night. It has just the right amount of exfoliation and it smells like a light lemon. It keeps my pores clean and my face is great!!

I feel like chemical exfoliants have taken all of the hype the last few years, but there is something about a gentle but gritty physical exfoliant that can’t be beat. One pump goes a long way, the texture is perfectly gritty to take away texture and dirt but does not irritate at all. It froths up very nicely once you add water, and there is a light citrus scent that I find goes away once you rinse! I liked that while the actual grains in this product are really micro they didn’t feel like they disappeared once I started rubbing it on my face. It had a nice light citrusy scent, not overpowering at all.
