Do not trust this seller

Epic fail not trusting the reviews on this purchase, the phone I received was NOT unlocked. It was still tethered to verizon and they wouldn't unlock phone because the phone could not be verified with the IMEI #. Target.com does not have any listed contact information for the seller except an email, which was utilized with no response from the seller. Target apologized for my inconvenience, atleast they were accommodating with my return.

Not manufacture refurbished or unlocked! Arrived with tons of scratches everywhere. Target needs to do better with who they partner with. Drop these guys!!! Hopefully the return goes smoothly

If i could leave no stars i would. The seller of this item 232 inc put that it was unlocked while that is true it is unlocked its tied to a buisness account that has an outstanding balance on it so its not even able to be used until then and when contacted about it they asked if we wantwd ti pay the balance just horrible dont buy anything if it says the seller is 232 inc

Do not recommend. NO guarantee on refurbished items. I've had numerous issues, touch screen glitches, Bluetooth doesn't work, overall physical condition was poor. Phone scratched, scuffed. Very short return window. No way to contact seller with issues. AVOID

It does not come unlocked. I ordered this item twice and both times it has came connected to different phone services. The phone also doesn’t come in the best quality, it has scratches and overall just would not recommend.
