I had the previous model for 6 years, and never had any trouble with it. I only stopped using it because it would no longer charge. This one is flimsy, has poor noise insulation, the volume control changes randomly, so that even at full volume, you can’t hear very well, until you turn it off and back on again. It also randomly disconnects from the phone when on a phone call. Really disappointing.

I am no expert and only used rubbish ear buds before. These are in a class or two above apple ear buds for comfort (less risk ear infections!), noise ablation and clarity. Stereo is fine, base is chesty. In all, I believe they are very good value for money.

Had my new headphones for a week or two they sound good although the equaliser could have more options although I’m pleased with them especially the price they’re not quite as good as my AKG headphones but they were half the price.

I purchased the product and tested it out, and overall it was good sound quality with a good eq and excellent value for money, would recommend for those who have a mid range budget as it is great value for money but if you can spend the money, go for one of Sony flagship products (my favourite is Wh-1000xm4)

I bought these a month ago and they have never been off my head They are comfortable with good sound quality and durable once you download the Sony app they connect no problem My only issue is they don't fold away to be more compact for travelling but apart from that they are a good buy I would recommend these if you are looking for headphones in the near future and they are at a reasonable price too.

Bought these for school, but the plastic hinge chipped after very light use — clearly poor material quality. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed confused about their own warranty, initially claiming it only covered software. After hours on the phone, they finally acknowledged it covers physical defects and opened a case — only to close it later with no explanation. Extremely disappointed. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.
