Good smell works good

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like the scent of this. I was very skeptical at first; I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but I actually like it.

Great body wash for the whole family!

I’m used to using high-end salon products on my hair, but because I wanted to be a little more practical, I had picked up this shampoo to see how it would work out for me. I couldn’t regret it any harder at this point. I used it over a period of a couple months and noticed I was getting a weird, uncomfortable sensation on the back of my head. Eventually behind my ears became raw and swollen. I didn’t chalk it up to the shampoo yet. I had switched to Olaplex products because I dyed my hair a vivid purple and pink. I’d been using Olaplex and my uncomfortable patch disappeared. In a pinch, I had run out of my Olaplex and reached for this shampoo. Holy smokes did I realize then that it was this shampoo screwing me up. I washed my hair twice with it and I now have hives behind BOTH my ears, and all over the back of my neck. Mind you I’ve never ONCE had an issue with having sensitive scalp, sensitive ANYTHING in my entire life. (I have very thick, wavy, coarse hair) I have NO idea what’s in this shampoo, but it seriously upset my body and I’ve been trying to nurse it back to normal for a couple weeks now. I definitely read reviews that other people had issues with “dry scalp” but holy cow is my reaction so much worse than just a dry scalp. I have swollen blotches all over my head. Yeah, if you’re reading this. Pass on this shampoo. It’s really not worth even testing. It might smell good but I guarantee you can find something else that works better because this had a negligible impact. (Besides the major disruption to my scalp and neck!)

Love the product, it smells so good and leaves my hair so soft. But the container itself was not very good. The pump would not release to be able to actually use it, luckily I hadn't thrown away my empty bottle yet so I replaced the broken pump with the old one.

I love that you have a cactus flower is it is a great resource for our body and our hair!

I used this 3 times and I had SO much breakage. I’ve never struggled with that before, but I put my hair up in a bun and there were broken hairs ALL OVER MY HEAD. I even noticed it after the first wash, on the top of my scalp where my part is, which I cannot stress enough, has never happened to me. Huge CHUNKS of my hair broke off. I’m so sad, it’s going to take a while to grow this back out and I only used this a few times. For context, I have fine hair and tend towards dry scalp.

This was my first time using this conditioner and I loved it! It works well and smells so good.

Have purchased two of these conditioners and the pump doesn’t work on either of them.

One of my all time favorites! Smells amazing and doesn’t way my hair down!!

Rating is based on packaging. 15 minutes of effort on the part of me and my daughter plus consulting two tik-tok tutorials from others who had the same struggle and still couldn’t get the pump to pop open. No conditioner is worth this much effort. Back it goes.

The shampoo and conditioner definitely took the cake! I need this scent in a body wash asap. It made my hair so soft and easy to detangle and the scent lingered in my hair after each wash

The scent is horrid and so overpowering. I dread using it because my entire shower then just reeks. I have to use far more conditioner to have the same benefit as my previous brand. I will never buy this again.

Like the shampoo the scent is amazing. I have fine hair but a lot of it and this doesn’t weight my hair down. My hair is really soft after. Clean ingredients too!

This leaves my hair baby cheek soft and VERY moisturized. The square package makes it very easy to use every last drop and leave no conditioner behind. I love the shine this adds to my damaged hair even though I only use it once a week.
