    excellent muffins

    I have been eating these muffins for the last 5 years and they are the best I have found. The only change I make is I add some extra salt.

    DELICIOUS, MOIST, &, DISAPPEAR SO FAST!!!

    These are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I made it as directions say, but I mashed some canned peaches, maybe a half cup, tried not to add any juice from them. Baked them as usual for the full 25 minutes, & OH WERE THEY EVER GOOD! It made a dozen & a half in a regular size muffin tin, but they DISAPPEARED SO FAST!!! PLUS, they are SOOOO MOIST! Try them!!! My husband said “MAKE THESE AGAIN, PLEASE!!! AND SOON!” They’re ALWAYS on my grocery list!!! NEVER, EVER, STOP MAKING THEM!!!

    So good you won't even know they are gluten-free

    Love this mix. It's so easy to use and add whatever berries or nuts that you want to. These are made with fresh wild huckleberries.

    Love this mix! So easy and quick!

    I was given a 16 oz package of Bobs Red Mill Muffin Mix by my neighbor. I followed the measurements on the package. I did add some cinnamon and ginger and vanilla. I added a few dates which I cut up in small pieces, along with some chopped pecans. Then I added a cup of cranberry sauce, with whole berries. Made 12 delicious muffins. The dates and cranberry sauce was just the right amount of sweetness. So NO sugar. I will make these again! Love that the muffin mix has the dry ingredients.All you have to do is add your favorite items.

    Excellent muffin mix

    These are great--as good as "regular" gluten-containing muffins. I added 3 cups of chopped apples sprinkled with cinnamon.

    LOVE this mix, been using it for years. Try this: sub apple sauce for oil (same amount). I also put one large or two smaller ripe bananas plus 3/4 - 1 cup dried cherries or craisons in mine and it’s a winner every time. Just stumbled across their gluten free cornbread mix which I cannot wait to try. Yum!!!

    We have used this muffin mix for several months. We've added dried blueberries and bananas and really enjoyed the moistness and the rise of the muffins. Tasty and light, not too bad for the price, will definitely continue buying

    Got some gluten free stuff for when my granddaughter comes

    Great product

    Very easy to follow recipe. Easy enough for an 8 yo to make some delicious muffins. if you find the sugar content in the mix to be too high, you can add gluten free pancake mix ( upto 1/4th by volume) without loss of structure. Adjust other ingredients accordingly.

    Gluten Free Chocolate Muffins

    I love this muffin mix and use coconut oil to make them gluten and dairy free. Today I made chocolate chocolate muffins by adding in 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa and 1 cup of mini bittersweet chocolate chips (72% cocoa). So delicious and not too sweet! If I made this version again, I would add a few more chocolate chips on top before baking, more for looks than taste.

    I love this muffin mix! I added a diced mixture of apples from my yard, sprinkled a bit of sugar in the raw on top. My family gobbled them down and couldn't believe they were Gluten Free. I bought one case and am now upset I didn't buy more. Now that you got me thinking about how good they were, I may have to make another batch right now.

    Great muffins. I added cranberry’s and orange zest and some pecan nuts chopped. Next. Time l will use eggbeaters instead of eggs since I try to eat a plant based diet.

    Love at first bite!

    I have used this mix several times to rave reviews! Everyone loves the muffins and never guesses they are gluten free! Love changing it up with mix-ins like blueberries and even mini chocolate chips. My husband told me this morning I should order more, I absolutely will.
