Absolutely NOT Blackout!
This is yet another Target brand knock-off that does not deliver. Allows most of the incoming light to pass through. Hang a sheet for the same result. If this product was honestly marketed, it would be described as "light filtering." This is a solid NO.

These literally, yes literally, smell like my stinky old sneakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the quality of these blackout panels. The cloth liner is thick and the light gray fabric is smooth. If I can find this in a tab top, they would be perfect.

Not horrible, not good either
Original posted photo dictated a different type of rod mounting format. What was sent was only a slip through rod design. Typically ive only seen 1 option for mounting in the cheapest of curtains.

Not a true blackout curtain
The curtain itself looks fine. It's not the fanciest, but I didn't expect it to be for the price. However, it's NOT a true blackout curtain. If it was a regular curtain I'd be impressed by how much light it blocks, but it's pretty disappointing for a blackout curtain.
