Chnaged formula
They have changed their formula. This was my go to lotion for years and it sucks now. It’s not hydrating at all anymore. I used to be able to apply every other day, not anymore. My skin feels dry by morning and honestly feels dryer after using it.

This is the best OTC moisturizer. Not saying this because Nivea is sponsoring me (but they should, lol) , it’s because I’ve tested SOO MANY, and this is the best. The scent is blah, but who cares ! My skin loves the moisture from this lotion . I hear you skin !

New Formula is Awful
I was a huge fan of the original formula. I used it for years and recommended it to everyone—even doctors. This new version is terrible. Easily one of the worst lotions I’ve tried. It’s hard to blend, leaves a noticeable white cast, and provides zero hydration. They really need to bring the old formula back.

Terrible Decision to Change Formula
I'd been using the old lotion formula for YEARS. It was the only one that was light, without an intense scent, and without any of the various allergens of mine that plague other popular lotions (including shea butter

Please bring back the old formula!!!
The old formula was so good, please bring it back. I was so surprised when I tried the new one, and it’s awful!! I’m going to see if I can return it, and if not, it’s going into the trash. Please listen to your customers!

This was my favorite lotion. I've been using it for ages, since it first came out. Probably 10 years or more. Unfortunately, the new formula smells like straight up chemicals, and the consistancy is thinner and kind of greasy now. It definitely does not keep my skin as well moisturized as the old formula. The bottle is a flimsy squishy mess. I'm super bummed, but I guess I won't be buying it again. Late stage capitalism claims another victim.

Too Heavy
Please bring back the orginial formula. This one is too heavy and doesn't absorb, now I have to search for an entire new body lotion. Thanks but good-bye Nivea

Adding allergens and extensive fillers FOR FUN
Wow. This was my favorite lotion for so long. One of the only options with a few simple, good ingredients. No allergens. No irritants. Now, suddenly, you keep the same description and title but change the product to be full of junk?!? Fillers, NUT ALLERGENS with no disclosure, and basically no difference from the other junk overpriced lotions by other brands. Wow did you screw up. DO BETTER.

Please Bring Back The Old Formulation!
I’ve been using this lotion for the past 5-6 years and love love loved it! Even my 17 year old uses it in the winter. Just bought a new bottle and it’s AWFUL! It smells terrible now and doesn’t work nearly as well. Guess I’ll be on the hunt for a new lotion. Very disappointed.

Never lets me down.
Nivea never fails me. Smells so amazing. Still has it’s original smell with the right amount of fragrance added.

New formula sucks
New formula is actually the worst. Whole different lotion. I guess I need to find a new every day lotion. It was a good 10 years while it lasted. One of the most disappointing things to happen in capitalism lately

NEW FORMULA SUCKS!!!
Finally found the perfect lotion then BAM, you ruin it by changing the formula. Now it is thick and sticky and is hard to rub into the skin. Please change it back!!

New formula is awful
The new formula smells so horrible! It's also really sticky. I threw the entire bottle away because it smells so bad. PLEASE bring back the original formula, it was the only lotion I have ever used because of the nice, clean scent and the way it moisturized my skin! Have to find a new brand....

New formula is horrible!!!!
Dear companies, if it's not broke please don't fix it. This used to be the only lotion that doesn't flare up my skin while hydrating it well. Now this new formula makes me itch and causes dermatitis flare ups. Maybe you can bring back the old one and rebrand it as "Intense Healing- for sensitive skin".

Another one bite the dust
If I could give this a "0" I would, I don't know what you did with the best lotion on the market, but it is an epic failure. The bottle is collapsible, lotion is no longer smooth and silky, and my skin is dry before I can leave the house. I have been running around my city looking for the right lotion before it get taken off the shelves. I am a brand loyal person, but this is where we part. Sad that you messed up a fantastic product in a merger

PLEASE!
Why Nivea, why? Loyal customers are abandoning you in droves because of this new formula. Who thought this was an improvement? It stinks and is sticky. Please, please bring the old formula back! It took me forever to find the original, I don’t want to have to spend the time and money searching for a new product!

Works for me
My skin has been so itchy thanks to a bitter cold Northeast winter. After one use my skin felt so much better. I apply straight out of the shower on damp skin and it sinks in and isn’t heavy feeling. Love this lotion

New Formula Is Absolutely Terrible!!!
I have bought this by the truck loads for my family over the last two years. Suddenly, a new bottle graphic, new texture and an absolutely terrible smell. It is not even remotely the same product. Why didn't you just create a new product? I had to cancel my subscription and return what was delivered. Super bummed. You should go back to the original recipe. I am not the only one that thinks this is the new Coke.
