Therabody Recovery Pulse Arm Compression and Vibration Sleeve - S

I suffer from radiation induced fibrosis that has radiated to my right arm. This therabody sleeve in combination with physical therapies is really producing great relieving results. I’m definitely impressed

Bought this for my friend that works very hard cleaning homes for a living. Shes right handed so that arm is very over worked causing pain, swelling, tingling & numbness. She loves it! Cannot believe how much it’s helped her. So happy with this purchase!

I use it for 30 minutes prior to playing pickleball and it really helps prepare my arm (tennis elbow and/or forearm tightness) for playing. I use it after playing for 30 minutes as well to help with recovery. I deal with ongoing issues with my arm/tennis elbow, but it has gotten much better with exercises, heat, and using the therabody arm band regularly.

Battery didn't work Runs very small Had to return

Easy to fit and use. Can be used at home or work. Minimal noise.

Works good.definitely helped me with my golfers elbow.

Sleeve is a little too long Was hoping the massaging feature was a little more intense

After finding the PowerDot an amazin product, I thought I'd try some others. Unfortunately, I am really disappointed with this one. I find the vibrations, on all settings, to be really weak, and it doesn't really seem to make any difference to recovery, nor does it help with pain relief. I wish I had waited a week or so, as they released the new hot / cool item, which would likely have been better. Don't waste your money on this one, people 😿

Very difficult to pull all the way up, vibration too mild and only on a few areas-doesn’t do much. Can’t tell what programs exist and what they do or which one you’re on.

Poor fit over bicep, compression is light, good vibrations but only covers top of the device. I ended up returning the product, not good for me let alone the price for it.

Not what I thought it was…rough fabric that is very difficult to move around to get into the right place.

Excellent compression sleeve for tennis elbow issue. Worked wonders on the nagging pain. Size was great and allowed for good compression while the device massaged the critical areas.

I have chronic moderate medial & lateral tendinitis’. It helps. I had to exchange for smaller size & it was an easy process

Good compression sleeve Maybe feels a bit gimmicky as far as thr vibrations? It feels good though Also I should have sized up by that's my bad

I’m not giving this for product all 5 stars due to one slightly annoying thing, taking out one of my batteries. I own two of these so I can wear one on either arms battery is easy to take out of the housing but the other you have to fight it due to the rubber around the edge it gets in the way. Other than that they are amazing and recover my arms very well.

This works great functionally. But I've used this in the gym between sets, as was suggested. And after the 1st day of using it for such a purpose and not really pushing the product hard, the fabric was damaged, and the metal piece could be seen externally. It seems the company didn't test the product correctly in such a context. I do not suggest you use this product version in the gym at all. But I do suggest you use it at home — only.

I’m a big Therabody fan and supporter! For the price, these fell short on performance. I ordered a medium and the sleeves covered the entirety of my arm from under armpit to wrist. So they were very long. The medium felt ok. Not snug but not quite loose either. The vibration was only ok. For the price and the length of the sleeves I would’ve been happy if the vibration was stronger and the sleeves had vibration pellets around the entirety of the sleeves. Enough to get the triceps, biceps and deltoids as well as more down the length and perimeter of the forearms. It served well to distract you from tennis elbow while running the sleeves on high. I wish the battery lasted longer. It said 40 minutes run time but I’m not sure what setting got you a 40 minute run time. The idea is genius! I really really wanted to love them as I’m in dire need for something to help my recovery after work and getting worked on myself. The sleeves themselves are very sleek on design and fit. It’s not too much compression. It was easier to move my arms if I had to vs other sleeves. The fabric was the best I’ve ever had on a sleeve.
