I think this product helps me fall asleep faster AND helps keep me asleep all night. I notice a difference if I don’t take it. My best results are taking it about 1-2 hours before going to bed. I admit I have to white knuckle the flavor of it, as it seems to get stronger/more bitter when the bottle has been opened a few weeks. I keep in refrigerator, and measure out in a shot glass 2 tablespoons. I have not noticed any bowel problems with this supplement. I give it 4 stars only because the taste is strong, but knowing how well it works, I can muscle it down!

I tend to be skeptical about reviews now a days. I also don’t review often. I have a hard time following a supplement regimen but taking this every night has been, dare I say it, enjoyable. I struggle taking pills, they always get lodged in my chest making it super uncomfortable to take pills before bed. This as a liquid alone is reason enough for a high rating. However, I have been struggling with night sweats for months and waking up feeling fatigued, sore, restless. It got to the point where I was being tested for autoimmune deficiencies. I’ve been taking this every night for two weeks and now wake up feeling refreshed and energized. It absolutely helps me sleep, I usually take my dose at 8pm and am tired enough to sleep by 9:15. The flavor is great. The consistency is on the thicker side but it doesn’t bother me. Please, if you have been struggling to sleep or feel groggy when waking up, give this a try.

I was confined to the toilet for more than an HOUR fighting for my life. No part of the warning label mentioned the manganese citrate would send me running to the bathroom like a crazed maniac, only to spend the entire night desperately clutching at anything while beads of sweat spilled onto my knees from my feverish forehead. Do yourself and your colon a favor and stay far, far away from this product.

I really wanted to try this however I will have to wait until I get a new bottle. Try order was delivered faster than estimated but the seal was broke and it leaked out.

Did NOT help for sleep at all. Actually, it kept me WIDE awake. 😳😳😳 Bought two bottles, because there are only 16 servings (30ml for adults) per bottle, so wanted to try it for 1 month. I hear there is an EXTRA strength— may try one bottle of it before I fully invest in it, again. Disappointed! It tastes wonderful (coconut). I am using it now, during the day, to help with stress. It crossed my mind to try it at the end of the workday with mixed a shot of vanilla or coconut vodka (adults 21 and older)!Haha I cannot tell if it is helping for daytime stress, either, but it can’t hurt. It definitely does not make you sleepy!

I have taken melatonin for years. I'm a terrible sleeper. This product is amazing, I have slept soundly every nite taking this. No more melatonin.

My kids and I take this and it definitely helps us sleep. Taste pretty good too

I haven’t taken liquid vitamins or minerals before and I have found that I really like them. The Coconut flavor is great and much better than taking pills

i’ve using it consistently for about a week and i feel like it relaxes me, i’m still not getting the 7 hours i wishing for, i’m still going to give it a month and see what happens.

This product did not help me go to sleep. But, everybody is different. So I am not giving it a bad rating. I feel it’s something that each individual has to try.

It comes in a plastic bottle which will stop me from buying future orders. I slept well but woke up a little groggy, a heavy feeling. If it came in non plastic packaging I would consider using even with the heavy feeling.

I tried a 15 oz bottle before I committed to the full 30 oz bottle and am ready to try EVERY flavor because this stuff works!! I find myself re-reading the ingredients label every evening (too sleepy to research any of them) and have yet to fully comprehend what is working so beautifully to help me sleep!! Backstory, I cannot take PM medications because they make me feel “hungover” the entire next day. Melatonin works wonders, but even a child dose it I can’t commit a full 9 hours of sleep, can leave me sleepy the next day. This stuff, it helps me fall asleep, rest more peacefully and simply wake refreshed!! Admittedly, the coconut is not my favorite. I tried convincing my children to take it with me because “it smells like we’re going swimming!”. This tricked each of them once and they won’t commit to it again. So I ordered pineapple this month (still on the way) and am excited to try cranberry the following!! Yes I do a monthly auto ship, yes I recommend doing the same. I love coconut flavoring, but this legitimately tastes like I’m sipping pool water, in my personal opinion!! Also, another admission, I never measure it. I have considered buying their handy measured “shot glass” to get an accurate dose, but I find myself sneaking to the fridge after the kids are laying down and having a quick swig straight from the bottle. No time for measuring. So imagine how well it may work if properly dosed!!

I love this it has been helping sleep I'm postpartum and haven't been sleeping well after my baby but this has help me fall asleep real quick. So I will order again soon.

It helped me to relax, but it didn’t really help me to stay asleep. I also felt groggy in the morning when I woke up. I only used it for a couple of days because the groggy feeling didn’t help when trying to wake up and get ready for work.

Tastes good and improved my sleep. I will buy this again.

I do have to say the Nighttime Multimineral doesn't just taste good, it has helped. I haven't been using it nightly, but when I need to be sure to get a solid night I have. It seems to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep.

Have bought a few times. I like this flavor better than the lemon lime. Seems to help me sleep a little better.

I’ve always had a hard time sleeping but not anymore! I love that this helps me sleep but I don’t feel groggy the next morning.
