    No thank you. Sketchy CS tactics.

    Poly fill clots and does not separate even with their remedy. I have two of these duvets. Happened to both. Have a duvet with balls of puffy poly everywhere. CS said I don’t have warranty coverage because I didn’t register my items. They came open in a box, no packaging. Only tissue paper. That is sketchy.
