To salty
Ruined a Rib-Eye steak and shrimp, you changed recipe for some reason, don't like it, and we like salt but whey to salty. I will make my own from now on.

We're sorry our Zatarain's® New Orleans Style Blackened Seasoning didn't taste as expected. We exercise great care in our products to bring you the highest quality possible. We appreciate your feedback and have shared your comments about the salt flavor with our Quality Team for their review. ~JM

Best Blackened Seasoning anywhere
I use this on fish, meat, veggies and every time I use it i get compliments, It's superior to other blackened seasonings. I wish it was easier to find in grocery stores.

Best seasoning for chicken or fish!
I use it at least 5 times a week to season my chicken along with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Simply the best
We have been using Zatarain's Blackened Seasoning since we accidentally discovered it over five years ago. When I cannot find it I panic. I was thrilled to be able to buy it online when my grocery store was out of it for two trips. We use it on chicken and beef as well as in particular recipes and although we have tried others this one is our preference by far.

Much more flavorful than any other blackened seasoning I've ever tried. It has flavor and not just heat.

you've changed the recipe
you've changed the recipe on your blackening seasoning and now it's too salty. It ruined last night's fish; and I didn't even coat the fish heavily. Go back to your older formulation in the mostly black label canister. I have one at work and it's awesome.
