The customer would have to check the razor itself, waterproof rating, type of shaver (designed for wet/dry use), compatibility (specifically designed to work with shaving gels that tend to produce a lighter, non-foaming lather that doesn’t clog the blades).     Would not recommended at all! I bought this because it was cheaper and unscented and my first time using it I was the driest I have ever been. And then when I got out of the shower I had so many razor bumps and my armpits and legs burned like heck! 0/10 will be throwing away!

    New Formula Is Terrible

    I’ve used this product for years and loved it, but they seemed to have changed their formula recently and now I hate it. The new product doesn’t foam at all and is watery. Practically useless. They were probably trying to find a cheaper way to manufacture it, but it’s awful. I won’t be repurchasing.

    Horrible product. Contains corn oil that smells like cooking oil (so much for "unscented") and the texture is unctuous and the shower gel does not wash off easily. If only I had could find my original Target receipt, I would return this post-haste.

    Awful

    The lid falls off every time you go to use it and when you put it back on and try to use it, the shaving cream comes out of the sides and gets all over instead of just the hole on the top. This design is awful! It’s cheap and you get what you pay for.

    Formula change, don't expect lather

    I have used this shaving cream for years and always loved it, but they definitely changed something recently. It no longer has any lather. It comes out of the can super watery, almost like a thin lotion, and won't lather no matter what I try. It practically disolves the second you try to apply it to skin. I've never had this issue before but looking at other recent reviews, it looks like a lot of others are experiencing the same issue. Super disappointed.

    There is so little product in I like the shave gel itself just fine but it will only last me maybe three shaves because there is so little product in the can! I thought the first one was just a mistake so purchased two more but both bottles seem very light on actual product.

    Are you kidding me

    Bought this for pickup. The cap was already broken in half, but i figured i could make it work since the “important” part was still on the nozzle. Nope. It already was extremely hard to dispense, but I had to maneuver around to find the sweet spot. When I tried to use it for the FIRST time it didn’t dispense instead it broke rendering it unusable..

    nice to have unscented.

    I would give this 5 stars, but the value of this just isn't the same as the old Smartly shaving cream. I believe that can was 1$ and it lasted me a solid 2 years. having said that, I will say it is very nice to find an unscented shave gel and it dose rapidly lather to the level a shaving cream would with the added benefit of its formula being arguably better at shaving. we'll how long this one actually last me.
