The instructions were very simple to follow and the pasta was very easy and quick to cook on the stove. I was a little concerned if it was going to get mushy from the stove top to the oven, but it held up very well. The texture was just like real pasta and the flavor was just right. The casserole was a hit with the hubby, who doesn't need to eat gluten free, but does whenever I cook it.
