[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Tresemmé 72 hour shine, lamellar gloss finishing oil awhile back and I must admit I like it a lot. To me it smells very nice. It’s easy to use, I’ve used with damp hair and also with dry hair somedays just make my hair more shiny and not so dead looking. I find this finishing oil to be very lightweight and doesn’t weight my hair down. I live where we have super high humidity and using this my hair doesn’t frizz up and my fly aways stay down. I also like that I can run my fingers through my hair and I don’t get sticky hands. I love how beautiful my hair looks when I use this. I highly recommend.

Tamed fly aways and is a great value unfortunately 12 hours after applying it made my scalp super itchy and burn (and I hadn’t tried anything else new and did not apply directly to my scalp).

I have dry, textured curly hair and this absorbed nicely into the hair. I do feel like I have to use 4 pumps to get it all through my damp hair well, and I also like to add one pump after drying it to seal in the shine and tame any frizz.

After using it, my hair became noticeably silkier, softer and shinier, like after a salon treatment. The texture is light, does not weigh down or make my hair greasy, which is especially important for my locks. The aroma is pleasant and not intrusive. The effect lasts for a really long time, especially when used in tandem with shampoo and conditioner from the same series. The convenient dispenser and stylish packaging are a bonus.
