I typically love this brand, especially the smell, but this is the worse shampoo I have ever used! It smells wonderful but it left a terrible build up in my hair that built up more and more each time I used it. My hair felt heavy and greasy even after washing it several days in a row.

Washed my hair with this and it laughed that you were spilled up in the middle of my head almost as though it was so greasy and caked. I took a shower again didn’t wash my hair with that shampoo just scrubbed the crap out of my hair with water got out the shower blow dry my hair still feels caked on and just ew. I think I’m literally gonna have to wash my hair with Dawn dish soap to get the residual from this shampoo out. I’ll stick to the body spray but the shampoo is a hard no for me. Will not be purchasing again get a new formula something

Hair feels extremely oily and almost “waxy” It’s hard to wash out and my hair feels dirty and doesn’t style well with this product. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing the shampoo and conditioner especially with the price.

Didn’t build up a lather well- felt like had to “rewash” it twice. Also wash out w cold water otherwise it left residue. Also felt as if I flaked more because of it and needed to wash more often. So effectiveness was out the door- smelt great. That’s all.

The Frenshe lavender cloud shampoo and conditioner are doing wonders for my hair. I have thick, curly, and difficult to manage hair. I deal with a lot of frizz. I decided to try the shampoo/conditioner with the hair mask all together and my curls are looking the best they’ve looked in a long time! My hair also smells divine!
