Gave my scalp flakes and made my hair greasy after 1 day. Came from BeautyCounter. This is not a natural option. Switched to California Naturals and my scalp was back on track after 1 wash. Do not buy this. Also heavily artificially fragranced.

Awful Shampoo
This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. I was excited to try it, but when I dried my hair it made my hair feel thick and stiff like straw. I thought maybe something was wrong with my conditioner so I re-washed my hair in my normal shampoo & decided to give it the Frenshe another chance. I washed it tonight and as I was drying it, the same thing happened so I had to throw away a new $18 bottle of shampoo. It does smell amazing but that's the ONLY good thing about this which is why I gave it 1 star. I thought about trying to take it back even after 2 uses, but it's not even worth that. I'm out $18 but maybe someone else will see this and think twice about spending their hard-earned money on this product.

I was hopeful buying this shampoo and conditioner. As soon as I washed and dried my hair, I went to flar iron it qnd my hair feels disgusting. The shampoo and conditioner leave the worst thickest residue on your hair. I had to add dry shampoo just so I can get through the day. Will be returning this as I cannot stand how my hair feels. I can’t even run my fingers through it.

it made my hair softer and less frizzy and it smells veryyy nice. unsure if it's a coincidence but i started breaking out in cystic acne which IS NOT normal for me after using it. I'm sadly taking a break to see if this might be the cause :(

This shampoo was horrible! It smells like baby powder (in a bad way), and it always left a residue on my hair that made it feel so icky and yucky. It wasn't that cheap, so I am using it as body wash because I don't want to throw it away and waste it. It belongs in the trash.....

I feel like these reviews are from teeny boppers trying to put in false reviews because they don’t like the creator rather than having tried the shampoo itself. I have straight hair and tried the shampoo and the conditioner and my hair came out so silky and easy to style. This moisture shampoo is truly fantastic. The only comment I would make is that it could be less perfumey, but for what it does to your hair, i can accept a stronger scent. Definitely will be buying it again.
