Made my scalp bleed and it left burn mark on my hand. The smell is as darling as triple T (which is obvi a good thing), it dried my hair as much as my grandpas dry texting. So no just don’t get it.

I love this shampoo!! It smells like expensive salon priced haircare. I have thick wavy very high density (2b) hair that is all the way past my tailbone. Im 44yrs old, dye my hair and have highlights regularly. This has caused my hair to be super frizzy, damaged, dull, split ends, easily tangled etc. This shampoo with the matching conditioner has worked WONDERS for my hair!! The frizz and noticeable split ends have gone down by %50 and my hair is 100% more shiny, and so soft.

Gave my scalp flakes and made my hair greasy after 1 day. Came from BeautyCounter. This is not a natural option. Switched to California Naturals and my scalp was back on track after 1 wash. Do not buy this. Also heavily artificially fragranced.

Awful Shampoo
This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. I was excited to try it, but when I dried my hair it made my hair feel thick and stiff like straw. I thought maybe something was wrong with my conditioner so I re-washed my hair in my normal shampoo & decided to give it the Frenshe another chance. I washed it tonight and as I was drying it, the same thing happened so I had to throw away a new $18 bottle of shampoo. It does smell amazing but that's the ONLY good thing about this which is why I gave it 1 star. I thought about trying to take it back even after 2 uses, but it's not even worth that. I'm out $18 but maybe someone else will see this and think twice about spending their hard-earned money on this product.

I was hopeful buying this shampoo and conditioner. As soon as I washed and dried my hair, I went to flar iron it qnd my hair feels disgusting. The shampoo and conditioner leave the worst thickest residue on your hair. I had to add dry shampoo just so I can get through the day. Will be returning this as I cannot stand how my hair feels. I can’t even run my fingers through it.

smells good buuuuut....
it made my hair softer and less frizzy and it smells veryyy nice. unsure if it's a coincidence but i started breaking out in cystic acne which IS NOT normal for me after using it. I'm sadly taking a break to see if this might be the cause :(
