Description

Sun Zero Arlander Curtain Panels offer energy efficiency and elevated design with a crosshatch texture complemented with a modern metal grommet top for easy hanging on a standard curtain rod up to 1.5" in diameter. Sun Zero Thermal Blackout Curtains are laboratory tested to block out most light, offer outside noise reduction by up to 25%, and decrease energy lost through your windows by up to 40%. Comfort is optimized with thermal properties that help keep summer heat and winter chill out of your home. Hang in your living room for enhanced privacy, or in your bedroom for a sounder, more uninterrupted sleep. Mount rods at least 2" above the window for maximum light blocking. Sold as individual panels measuring 40" width by 63" length in color sage green. Measure carefully before selecting your desired size and quantity. Rod not included. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low heat, using a cool iron as needed.

    uneven lengths

    The curtains are nice material and true to color and are blackout as advertised. functionality is fine but I was disappointed that the panels are uneven in length from shortest to longest about 1.5 inch difference. I could see +- 1/4" tolerance but not 1.5". that's poor workmanship.

    pressing out the folds a wrinkles was a challenge since it is synthetic, but I used a cotton press cloth over the curtain and a good stem iron and some elbow grease. they look pretty good hanging.

    There are better options out there

    I bought this curtain and a cheaper curtain, and the cheaper one keeps out more light. With this curtain you pay for higher quality materials and lower quality function.

    NOT BLACKOUT OR THERMAL PROTECTION

    This curtain is definitely not a blackout panel, and it definitely does not keep the Florida heat out of the room either. When I walk into the room it feels much warmer! The room with this curtain was always 4-5°F warmer than the adjacent hallway and the rest of the house on the same floor when the sun was out shining. I returned this curtain for a better-reviewed curtain set on Amazon (Miulee brand) that is truly 100% blackout, has quality thermal fabric that looks nice, and for a better price $41 for both curtain panels as opposed to $25 for this Target one panel curtain. After I hung the Miulee curtains from Amazon the room temperature now aligns with the rest of the house, only sometimes 1° F warmer.
