Very unhappy with the change in formula
I feel incredibly betrayed by the "same great performance" claim on the rebranded bottles. The performance of the new formula is decidedly worse. I have loyally used this shampoo for over 20 years. But it can't keep my greasy scalp under control anymore. Increased price for inferior product. Very disappointed. Bring back the old formula. It would at least be worth the price.

Was good for a week then flys started to follow me and stay on my hair . Returning it asap , used it only 3 times and it was good at first but major disappointment when flys started landing on my hair .

Just when you thought you found the perfect shampoo they went and changed their formula. Now my hair feels dry and waxy. This is terrible. Please bring back the old formula.

My FAVORITE shampoo & is not tested on animals
My ALL-TIME FAVORITE shampoo. I absolutely LOVE Paul Mitchell Shampoo One. The coconut smell is lovely and it leaves my hair squeaky clean. I have naturally thick hair that gets oily if I don't wash every other day. This routine has kept my hair beautiful for years, so thanks Paul Mitchell. As a Registered Nurse, I am thankful for the organic ingredients. I have used this on my children (and dog). I also recommend Paul Mitchell products to anyone with allergies. Lastly, I appreciate that they do not test on animals!!! That is a HUGE deal. I do not buy shampoo or cosmetics that are tested on animals.
