My children could not wait to try this. They were so excited but the excitement quickly faded. My pickiest two tried it first and were not impressed. Then my Mikey took a bit and was Like ohh this is so good. Then after a few bites Ed’s like ugh nasty aftertaste. So it’s a no go here for this Mac. This is one did the few times my kids actually agreed on something.

Boil the noodles, drain, add milk, butter, and seasoning pack. Takes maybe 15 minutes to throw together for a quick side. The taste had a nice kick of spice, but it was lacking the honey flavor. The hot honey isn't my favorite, but if you like the spicier side of things, this one is for you. I do like that there are no artificial flavors, no preservatives, and no dyes used to make it. I also like that they give you the regular way to make it and a low fat version if you like. I might buy it again for variety as it wasn't bad, just wish it had the honey flavor also.

But there's a spicy kick for sure. I could also taste the honey flavor in the dish too. It was an easy-to-prepare side dish, just like all Kraft mac/chesse box dishes. I would definitely purchase this Hot Honey mac/cheese again.

You do not taste any cheese with this Mac and it is supposed to be cheese. It is just strictly hot. The flavor is all wrong and I'm glad this is a limited edition please do not ever come out with it again. The box is very pretty I had my hopes up but even my husband is upset and told me to throw the rest in the trash.
