A: This pillow protector is made of 100% lyocell rayon so it is okay to use oxygen bleach but not chlorine bleach.

These covers felt smooth and soft coming out the package, but it does NOT hold up well after being washed. It comes out paper thin, crinkly, stiff and I doubt it'll protect my pillows. I highly advise staying away from these as it's money down the drain.

The product is fine. It was ordered on Thursday, said would be delivered Sunday arrived Tuesday. From 45 mins away. I did not have time the day I ordered it but if I knew it was going to be Tuesday I would have went and got the next day. Crazy

Casa luna Cooling Premium Pillow Protective has a faulty zipper when reviewing issue with faulty zipper there are several suggestions to fix the issue and none worked. One suggestion is to alter the zipper or change the zipper which I refuse to attempt.

These are nice pillow protectors, seem to be made well but I don't find them cooling or temperature regulating at all. They smell a bit out of the package so need to be washed before using. I bought 2 tried one and returned the other.
