Shipping problematic

Beautiful but arrived damages twice. Arrived shattered ordered a replacement and that too arrived damaged. Really dissapointed because a beautiful mirrow at a great price. It appeared to be packed really well but I think because of the lenght, size, and metal frame it just can't sustain shipping. I also suspect the carriers wasn't careful with the piece as there was a big hole in the other box. This arrived double boxed and packed really well but literally looked as if someone kicked their foot through the outer shipping box. Just be warned if you order for delivery. Shame it's not availble to purchase in store.

Only could purchase online… broken upon arrival, received replacement also broken. Not able to pick up in any store. Only could be refunded and now have to pay for removal of item. Frustrating you can’t purchase in store
