These are really good! Could you make a lemon curd filled muffin? I also live the sweet cream pancake mix. As well as other products.

I made the strawberry cheesecake bars per the recipe on the box and it was a disaster. Made the batter as listed, added cream cheese to the filling and used the two cups of sliced strawberries. Cooked as directed and even put it back in the over for about 10 extra minutes. After cooling, I tried to cut it and the entire center of the cake was basically uncooked. I put it in the oven again for about an additional 20 minutes for the center to cook. And by this time the edges were getting burnt. This recipe does not work and I wasted my time trying to get this dish to cook. Your kitchens did not properly test this recipe. I advise you remove it from the packages.

These are delicious and taste especially good with sliced strawberries. I've noticed that they are getting harder to find in store and online, so I hope this mix is not being discontinued! These are definitely a keeper!

My husband loves cheesecake so these muffins were right up his alley. I was afraid they would be too fiddly with the filling but it was really easy to make.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to make and very easy to eat! These were gone on the same day! Sadly there's only 2 of us but... Anyway.... Everything needed was in the box just add some softened cream cheese. A little mixing for both muffin mix and filling. A little muffin mix then some filling, thensome more muffin mix in each muffin cup and bake! I was a little messy with my filling. I don't know why I thought it was going to just go where it was supposed to on its own.lol. So mine didn't look like the picture on the box. I strive for that but it never happens! This was a special treat. I'd definitely like to try more from this brand.

To be fair I haven't tried this but I want to. Please bring these out in gluten free. The blueberry muffins are awesome, it would be awesome to have another GF option.

I hadn’t really thought of trying to do cream cheese muffins before. I would suggest adding the cream cheese to the filling part but you could probably live without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The base of this mix is delicious - it made some really fluffy muffins! However the cheesecake filling made this taste more artificial than I wanted it to be. I’d prefer going the regular muffin route without using the filling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly not sure about this. The flavor of the product was delicious and had a hint of cinnamon which was lovely. Making it the batter was much stiffer than expected which made spreading it or putting it in a pan difficult. The filling mixed with cream cheese was fabulous but definitely needs to be mixed with either a hand mixer or stand mixer to get a good smooth consistency, mixing by hand just doesn’t cut it. I followed the strawberry bar recipe on the back which only added a few steps but resulted in a different product which I liked. However adding in two cups of fresh strawberries on top of a wetter filling like cheesecake makes for a very wet final product which absolutely was not considered in the final baking time. The time listed was roughly 35-45ish minutes, when I baked mine it was in for closer to an hour and the top was still mostly raw. Overall in theory this baking mix seems like a good idea but given the very stiff batter and miss labeled baking time I honestly feel this might need to go back to the drawing board. I would hope the base muffin recipe would do better but given the batter stiffness I wouldn’t have high hopes. This seems like an extremely nit picky review but having baked for over 15+ years professionally and having a culinary degree I would hope a professional product like this would be just a bit better especially since this is a baking mix that should be easily baked by anyone with decent results.
