I Love the size and color. Also, being able to close the water flow is great. However, after getting it out of the box, there were already 2 dents on the bottom of the cup, without me using it at all! I was disappointed about that. Otherwise, it a a good purchase.

Straw broke within first few days of use. At the top of the straw it has a hook type extension and it broke off. Straw no longer stays in place.

I am a Brumate brand lover. The Era cup is the best to me. The flexible soft straw, actually leak proof when locked, cute, fits nicely in my hand. Just love that I can finally get it at a store near me.

Please fix the center of gravity on the mug design and make the base resilient against deformation due to drops. This comment applies to the Era 30 and 40. My wife loves your mugs and every time my elbow gives it a gentle graze, they fall, get dented on their base so they wobble , and I have to order a new one.
