This is our families 3rd pair of Shockz. First OpenDots. We got them for our son who has trouble with ear infections and wearing earbuds. He says these have terrific sound. Cross our fingers that the open ear design will help keep the infections at bay!!!

I love the open air. Better than bone conduction as bone conduction did not allow my brain to focus on important ambient sounds as well as open ear. But I cannot not turn them up loud enough when needed.

Beautiful color
I bought the red color and I am absolutely in love with the fit and the sound quality. It also doesn’t get in the way of my piercings. Wish the sound control and the touch option was better. I still need to use my phone to navigate volume and music options. If you don’t care about that, then you will love it ❤️🔥

Almost perfect
These do exactly what I wanted them to do but they do start to hurt after a while despite being very light. I’m experimenting with different placements to ease the discomfort but I think the open fit line would’ve been better for me.

Very frustrating to click/dbl click, pinch on the pause and or volume it doesn’t seem to work. Also I never know how much charge is left as if in the other shocks, it always told me high or low battery life not worth the money in my opinion.

I have Eustachian tube dysfunction in my right ear and most headphones that go into the ear canal cause too much pressure and will block out the sound. When I was searching for a solution I found Shokz. I’m so glad I bought them! I have never had a more comfortable headphone in my life. I love that I don’t have to worry about them falling off and they’re so comfy I forget they’re on. The sound quality is great. I’m so thankful to have found something to actually hear my music without hurting my ears!

Dots headphones
Using the earphones controls-double or triple tap and double pinch while working out are difficult to get used to. Volume level changes are also a challenge. The fit is great and sound is decent at high volume and great at lower volumes.

Great Sound but can't sleep with these in.
I love these ear buds with the exception of sleep. I cant sleep with these in. I am a side sleeper so they hurt. I am now trying a different brand specific to sleep. I haven't decided if I will keep them as theyvare expensive. Shokz should make an all in one use earbuds please.

I recently bought the Shokzs OpenDots One, and they are everything I was hoping for and more. The battery life is great, and they are perfect for all your everyday activities, like running to listening to your audiobooks on the porch. I will say if you are on the fence when it comes to colors, I got the silver/grey, and I think the color is very similar to the pink ones, but either way, you can't go wrong! I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for high-quality earbuds that are comfortable and won't fall out or hurt your ears.

Good, still getting used to
The headphones are what I expected being open and allowing me to hear my surroundings while running. They fit good, but are finicky to get in the right spot so they don’t feel like they are going to fall out. The sound is great and deliver as expected. Not great on a windy day or when a train is passing on my run. The trade offs to be more aware of surroundings are worth it. I wish the fit was better and hope overtime I figure out their placement and they are more natural to out on.

Great Sound
I only took away one star because these ear buds does not let you know who's calling or texting. You still have to look at your phone before you answer it. Had I known this, it would've swayed my decision. Other than that they sound great!

Truly horrible customer service if anything at all happens to your headphones (please see Reddit reviews for the full spectrum of issues with this brand). Wish I had known before purchase as they’re not cheap.

I love them. You don't even feel them on your ear and cause no irritation. The sound is great and find it safer to use while running or walking outside because you can hear around you.
