We are looking for a melatonin replacement and tried this tonight. Honestly it seemed to do the absolute opposite for my six year old, he was full of energy to the point of shaking and extremely talkative. Very expensive for turning bedtime into a circus. He also complained about the taste of it.

Wrong magnesium type. Do 5 minutes of googling and you’ll see this is mainly for constipation.

I was wanting to get my kids off of melatonin because of how it made them act and feel in the morning and these gummies are perfect! They love taking them! No grogginess in the morning and no more nightmares from my youngest!
