I noticed I seem to get a little more energy from these compared to a regular multivitamin. I’ve used these gummies on a few occasions where I knew I wanted to have extra energy and not feel sleepy. Did they work? I’m not really sure, the days o used them I was at a derby tournament and it may have just been adrenaline that kept me going but these gummies didn’t hurt. I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase these.

I was very happily surprised when a few days passed and I had realized that 2/3oclock in the afternoon rolled around and I didn’t feel exhausted or need a nap. They work! The taste isn’t the best but they’re not terrible or anything either. The texture is more of a hard gummy than a soft chewy one. Overall I think the gummy taste and texture could be improved upon but they’re something I’ll likely purchase as I noticed a difference in my energy levels while taking them.

I'm starting to be become more serious about my health so Gummies come in handy.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have PCOS so getting vitamin D is an important step. Then I always add b12 to help with getting through the day. It was nice that this one gummy had all of that plus CoQ10! They use natural sugar and only 3g which is a good limit. Anything above can spike your blood sugar levels. It does make for a slightly bitter tasting gummy, but it didn’t stop me. The levels of each vitamin was enough, sometimes when they are combined the levels are so low.

    Not much of an energy boost

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping that these gummies would help me with my energy level without needing additional caffeine but I personally did not feel much of a boost. Perhaps it is a long term regimen to see more substantial results. I also did not care for the taste, it was chalky and left an after taste. That being said it is super easy to add a few of these per day and see if it helps boost your energy.

Unfortunately, I did not personally reap any benefits from this supplement. I gave it three stars be side as far as gummies go, thistle flavor was good. It was not overly sweet, synthetic in flavor, nor difficult to chew. Taking two of these for the standard dose was easy considering it tasted good.

First, the performance: it definitely works. I can feel a nice boost in my energy levels after taking them, but it’s not that crazy, aggressive rush you get from drinking energy drinks. It’s a very smooth, natural, and gentle lift, which feels much healthier for the body. I love that there are no jitters or afternoon crashes! The texture and chewability are absolutely perfect—not too sticky, not too hard. If I have to be completely honest about the taste, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. It’s quite pleasant overall, but there’s a slightly tart/tangy coating on top of the gummy, and I’m just not a huge fan of tart flavors. Price-wise, I feel like they are a little bit overpriced for daily use, but since I’ve had zero side effects and they really do the job, I still think the product deserves a solid 5 out of 5.
