Strips paint
Will take paint off walls or trim. Will filter light but if you didn’t line it up exactly right, even barely contacting the surface trying to lift up and took a chunk of paint off our trim. You have been warned

They changed the material and now they are garbage - see pics
Bought several of these a fews year ago, they were a nice thick canvas paper type material; a porous and fairly thick and durable. Now they sell "the same item" for $2 more and it's cheap, thin, paper that turns to mush in any sort of humidity. This is the definition of shrinkflation - more cost, less product. Do not support companies that do this. These shades were worth it before they changed material to be super cheap and thin. Now? Garbage. See pictures for comparision. It's obvious which one is the new, cheap paper set that sags and begins to fall apart with any sort of humidity, and which is the old, much better set (for cheaper) that used a durable, porous type paper.

Great blinds!
Just moved in to our new home and our waiting for our blind install. These are perfect temporary blinds. Really black out the sun and don’t look like paper blinds. Great price!

Temporary solution.
I purchased these blinds to put up until I get my permanent ones up. I was actually surprised that they were so easy to hang and also to trim.

Easy!
Very easy to cut to size, and the adhesive sticks right away. It took me less than 5 minutes to cut and stick them up. They dont look as nice as fabric blinds obviously, but they are such a quick and easy choice.

HORRIBLE. Invest in the higher quality!!
HORRIBLE. Save your money, they’re cheap for a reason. Because of the zigzag pattern unless they’re PERFECTLY aligned then there’s no point in trying. Even with *tape* holding them together, unless you tape every single inch, they’re useless. The edges, the bottoms, if you try to overlay them together, they let in so much light. They’re cheap for a reason! Measure your window and take those measurments to Lowe’s, they’ll cut nice panels for you which are the high quality thick pull down ones that aren’t even that expensive if you REALLY are looking for blackout curtains. Not to mention if you have a long window like mine, you’ll need three to four panels which is pointless; I should’ve used that money and invested in the good ones!! In my photos you can see I had to cut and tape down and extra layer over the connecting pieces and that STILL didn’t work. Also you can see the edging lets in a lot of light and there’s so much tape on my walls! These are a regret purchase!!

Blackout paper curtains
It’s a good product for a quick fix! Maybe not for a long-term solution. Easy to assemble! It’s a little difficult to pin back up. Keep the room very very dark!

Sticks Well
Blackout shades needed for a large window that curtains cannot be used. Blocks out all the sun effectively and sticks to the older walls well. Good price too.

greatest under $20 investment I did for my REM cycle
Exactly what I was looking for… the black out curtains I had did a good enough job to not replace for the pricier options. When I saw these in store I knew it would be my wildest, darkest dreams! Boy oh boy… eye mask who? I bought 3 and just intertwined them because my window is 95” long (& I didn’t mess up the cutting). Long and behold, a few minutes later it was the greatest under $20 investment I did for my REM cycle. I was so excited to get them up that it didn’t cross my mind to secure the intertwining… I added double sided tape at the top and bottom creases so it at least stays in place. Definitely buy again!

VERY Misleading measurements
These say they are 72” long… only if you iron the pleats out of them! Every other window covering rests easy at its described length, but not these. My windows are 53” long and these hang with 8-9 inches still uncovered! They’re 45” at best. Very disappointing. Yes, they’re inexpensive so I don’t expect the quality to be great. But I do expect an honest measurement.

Just as Described!
We haven’t yet ordered custom fit blinds for a double window in an upstairs bathroom, so these were an easy addition until we can do so. They’re so easy to cut to size, and to install with the self adhesive. And you can’t beat the price! They’ve held up well for the past few months, filtering just enough light in the day time and completely blocking anything from outside viewing in the evenings. Highly recommend.
