Ridiculous Price Increase
This was one of the last items I was specifically making trips to Target for. I liked that it was recycled, it was good quality, and a good price point. A 25% price increase in under 2 months is nuts. Will not be purchasing again and taking this off my list will make Target trips extremely infrequent for us now.

I bought the 24 roll package here in CA a few months ago, it was $13.39, now it's $16.99. From a percentage point of view, that's pretty large. - Will I continue to buy it (?) - probably, it works fine, it's recycled (do we really need to grow trees and cut them down to make something like this - I think not). - I gave it a high rating because it's recycled and for all I know, it's still competitive.
