Q: i bought this but my garbage bags wont stay on if there is too much stuff or heavy items in it so how do i get bag to fit in place to stay without falling in/

A: The interior of the bin is a removable plastic liner. If you pull that liner out, insert the bag with the top of the bag ringing the outside of the liner and then slide it back in you can trap the bag between the liner and the metal can. If that doesn’t hold sufficiently then use an elastic band as previously suggested.
submitted byMadisonGuy - 5 months agoA: I use a thick rubber band to hold bag around the top of the liner. Bag does not fall in. Took pictures showing this, but didn't see where Target showed my pics.
submitted byNBLady - 3 years agoA: Remove the liner. Put the bag in place and in its a drawstring bag , use them to tighten it around the rim. Bonus is the bag top doesn't show on the outside.

Purchased for the shape, which fits well with the space, and the slow-close feature is great. It is taller than expected, so if we’re not careful when opening it, the lid hits the edge of our countertop making a very loud, very “tinny” sound because the metal is very flimsy. It does the job though so will keep it. Would work better if made just a few inches shorter to allow for countertop heights.

I like it, however it was damaged. I noticed it had a dent in the side when the guy bring my order out to me. I told him I did not want a damaged can. He had a Manager switch it out for another one. He bring it out and sure enough it was worse than the 1st one. Then I called guest services still from the parking lot and NO ONE would answer the phone!! I walk in the store and 4 people are just standing there! I will never use this location again!
Works well, step is sensitive, and there's a trick to keeping the bag in.

We've had this can for awhile now. It's been sturdy and dependable. I've not had any issues. The inner can is easy to remove. The step on works well, though for people with, "heavy feet" I recommend you step lightly or the lid will open too fast and slam into the wall. This can is easy to clean as well. The bags have a hard time staying put if you don't install correctly. I fold the bag over and gather it in the back where the indentation is. I then press the gather part flush with the can into the indentation and drop it in. Voila! The bag stays in the can. Hope that makes sense and helps.

I purchased this garbage can back in sept 2024, so I’ve had more than enough time to review this product. This garbage can is bad, especially for the price, the garbage bags will not stay put, definitely doesn’t stay put once it gets heavy either, it’s a constant fight with the lid to stay open. I can’t recommend this product at all and wish I had the option to give 0 stars.

If I could go back in time, I would not purchase this trash can. The shape and design makes it so that trash bags do not stay up. The inner trash holder lining cracked on the top by the "handle" within a week of purchase, and the "lid staying up" feature it describes does not work anymore. I am only still using it because I cannot justify just throwing away a $50 trash can. I should have returned it when I had the chance. The only thing it has going for it is that it looks nice in my kitchen.

Closes quietly. Agree with other reviewers that the bags don’t stay put well, but I consider that a cumbersome reality of trash cans in general and not unique to this design. I have figured out if you lift the inner liner and tuck the bag a bit, it stays put well enough. Attractive enough to leave out in the kitchen. Good overall value.

Team Members not paying attention when picking the items on order. One of the garbage cans has a HUGE dent over a foot long and they were trying to give me that item. The process to get my refund is not very efficient. Still sitting in my car waiting for supervisor to take care of. Very poor service
