Perfect scent- terrible to open
As many have stated, the plastic cork is so difficult to get out. I used a butter knife to help but it was frustrating. The reeds are also in a very tough plastic, I had a hard time getting those out too. All that being said, I’m VERY picky about scents, but I love this one. I will still get a second one for my other bathroom

Terrible Packaging
The other reviews have vindicated me. The plastic wrap around the reeds is so rigid that it broke 3 of my nails, and I nicked myself trying to use a pair of scissors to score the outside of it. The plastic stopper was designed by someone who hates you. Doesn't matter if they don't know you- they hate you. As you can see it broke the file off of my nail cutters. At that point it was just open enough for the fragrance to seep out and make the bottle and my hands slippery. I bought one as a gift and now i'm scared they'll never speak to me again.

Terrible packaging great smell
Like others said, the packaging is absolutely awful. The smell is great but getting the diffuser actually usable is virtually impossible. It’s like no one at target has ever actually done any product testing or development.
