Damaged upon opening

It was taller and bigger then I imagined. The only thing I don’t give a 5 star because instructions start it off so weird and confusing from 1 because the built start really is page 7 and with no letter attachment to the wood shelves not knowing which exactly which one it was so hard. I had to keep relooking at the picture just to get it right. I thought it was just mines but I guess some of the review said the same. At the end it looks good just need better instructions and letters to state the parts. Seen better instructions before and this was a bit confused. To really keep it in place stable you need to install the hinges that holds to the walls or else it will be an easy fall.

Each shelf has damage on it fresh out of the box. And it’s clear they just slapped paint over the damage and called it a day. Still functional but ridiculous nonetheless

Called for employee and nobody came. Had to lift two of these suckers into a cart then my car. Only to get home and take them out and OF COURSE they are broken. Crappy quality and wasted time. Do better. Also none of the pieces are lettered like stated.

I’m missing two shelves from mine and they gave me an extra part that I didn’t need. I then had to return it after taking it all out of the box and ripping everything to get it opened. Very annoying.

It was amazing but there are the wrong screws in the box

dowel holes were all drilled halfway through the face. broken corners though box was perfect.

Missing connector piece. Unable to use it as a full tall book case.

I bought this for my Goosebumps and Harry Potter collection. Sturdy enough. I was going to buy another one but they don’t have this color anymore, has it been discontinued? I hate the new natural color they have.

Wonderful bookshelf this is my 4th. Very well made and lasts quite long. 2 major issues tho. The only 1st is that it takes forever to put together because there are no longer label stickers in it. Playing of guessing game of which piece is which is beyond annoying. 2nd the back needs to be thicker and more durable. Still have the ones from my old apartment but had to reinforce the back with cardboard to make it more sturdy to last longer. I get planned obsolescence but this is again annoying. You’d get more customers if it was just slightly enhanced. In a bigger place now and fix up some things would totally like to get to more to match for uniformity but could also switch to another brand for something more durable and longer lasting

Came with missing pieces. Want a return however it’s already half built

Terrible bookcase. I bought it and the screws wouldn’t even screw into the wood even if I used a screw or screw driver. Never would buy again. When I tried to return Instacart, they refused. I received it as a graduation gift and I was on vacation for about three months. I returned last week and when I asked to return it because I just tried to put it up today they refused. I would’ve even been fine with an exchange.

Wobbly piece of cheap junk. Should’ve known better, but the reviews seemed good. It is no where near sturdy. It literally wobbles back and forth with the slightest touch. The instructions suck, nothing is labeled. Be prepared for a lot of frustration. I ended up using a chalk marker to label everything which helped. This was by far one of the worst things I’ve ever put together though. But given the price, it should’ve been expected. Also, it should come with at least one more shelf because there’s just so much empty space. The picture made it look different than the actual product. Save your money and spend a little more on something that’s actually worth it, with decent instructions and better structure.
