this is my 4th order. I really wanted the espresso but I took the white instead. sturdy enough for what I want it for.

The bookcases arrived chipped at several places.

Screw holes missing from one of the pieces so we’re unable to put it together completely. Panel labels at “L” should have a total of 6 predrilled holes in order for the top section of the shelf to attach to the bottom section of the shelf. Now I’m sitting here with two assembled pieces that I can’t connect

it’s too flimsy for real use. The bookcase leans one way from the top and the other from the bottom, even when assembled correctly. It feels like it could tip over if you load it unevenly. I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan to keep many books or heavier items on it

Missing parts hard to build just buy a shelf from ikea steer away from this one. Seems like this is a common problem for this shelf

I love that you can adjust the shelves to your liking, and it’s super big too, you can fit a lot! For 40 bucks you can’t beat that anywhere!

I was disappointed with this bookshelf. When I opened the box and laid all the pieces out to build, I realized that not all the shelves had the holes for the pegs drilled in the correct spots. They were off-center and even cut into the top finish of the shelves. I ended up returning it and will be looking at other options. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

already off to a bad start. i’m on step one and can’t go any further because there’s no holes to put the wooden pegs in to the pieces. without the holes, i can’t move onto the next step.

excellent purchase it worked great on my closet i used it for my shoes.

This shelf is really great and has held up my figure collection nicely. However it was missing parts the first time I bought it over a year ago. I stomached the cost and bought the missing parts from my local hardware store. I bought it again recently assuming it wouldn't be missing parts. There are 2 sets of missing parts. I called customer service like the instruction manual said to. I explained my issue. They offered me to bring in the shelf and get a replacement, but to get to my nearest target is an hour long drive. Its extremely inconvenient for me to drive all the way there for a shelf, then drive back home, and then possibly still be missing parts. My tone may have shifted slightly, but I did my best to stay calm on the phone with the rep. I never blamed her or anything like that, just that I'm frustrated with how that is their only solution. That i cant just tell them what parts im missing and they send them to my address in a little bag. The rep responded to this by hanging up on me. Certainly the last time I am buying a shelf from target. And for the record, both times one of the part that has been missing is a key piece of hardware meant to combine the top and bottom halves of the shelf.

Used for closet space and it was exactly what I needed
